Nourishment is a community & cultural marketing agency.
Founded in 2020 in East London by cultural strategist and writer Tito Mogaji, Nourishment has become a leader in content production, event management & facilitation within the Arts & Cultural space.
We are a Black-British & Gen Z-led cultural agency that exists to solve a structural problem. Brands, arts and cultural institutions across the UK consistently struggle to reach diverse and Gen Z audiences. Standard engagement strategies are built on assumptions made by people who do not belong or interact (in real life) with the communities they are trying to reach.
This means that the campaigns feel inauthentic, the events feel tokenistic, & that diverse audiences either do not come or do not return. Nourishment exists at that intersection. We do not market to our community: we are our community. Our work carries a cultural resonance and authenticity that traditional agencies cannot replicate regardless of size, clout, or budgets.
Alongside our agency, in 2026 we established Nourish East CIC to support young, Black British and Global Majority communities (18–29) who face barriers to accessing arts, culture, professional networks and creative careers in East London through networking & social events, workshops, training and social impact.
